In reaction towards the emergence associated with solamente feminine travel market in Asia, this research explores just how Asian females perceive and negotiate the potential risks of travelling alone together with meanings of those procedures. The lived experiences of 35 solo feminine travellers from 10 East and Southeast parts of asia were analysed using constructivist grounded concept. The findings expose that Asian solamente travellers that are female concerned with gendered ( e.g. Sexual street and assault harassment) and racialised (e.g. Discrimination and social disapproval) dangers, which imply the unequal energy relations underpinning the gendered and racialised tourism area. The findings additionally expose proof where sex intersects with competition in amplifying and constructing women that are asian perception of danger. The research shows just how Asian solo feminine travellers gained empowerment and experienced self-transformations through negotiating the risks and additional reveals just how these specific transformations may extend to social transformations at a micro degree in a context that is asian.
